What to Expect
Our outpatient program provides a welcoming and secure environment for those seeking both immediate and ongoing mental health support. The Durham Outpatient Program includes outpatient and community services. These services are available Monday – Friday, 8 am-5 pm
Outpatient Services
Available Monday–Friday, our Outpatient Services provide individualized assessments, care planning, medication support, and peer services to support ongoing mental health and recovery needs.
Community Linkages to Care Program
The Community Linkages to Care Program provides peer support, resource connection, and transportation assistance to help individuals move from crisis toward ongoing recovery.
Peer Support
Our Peer Support services offer compassionate guidance from individuals with lived experience, helping guests navigate crisis, recovery, and the next steps toward wellness.
No Cost for Services
Our services are funded through local managed care organizations, so there is no charge to guests receiving care.
